Friendly staff and an amazing location! I stayed in a room that felt like it had just been renovated, but it was a bit small - almost like a fancy closet. There was a comfy bed and the room had both air conditioning and a fan. Overall, a cozy stay. 🌟

The hotel had a very central location and it was a short walk to a landmark bridge. Furthermore, very close to the attractions. The rooms were elegant and tidy and complete with complimentary drinks and a childs bed and good bathroom.

I loved very very good breakfast, magnificent views.
Comforts of a double room were fabulous - central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV.

The room has recently been renovated and is located on one of the upper floors, in a great spot close to a cathedral church.

The suite didn't seem appealing on photos but it was magnificent on higher floors. The location was great and fab - ease of access to Saint Mark's Square.

The location was perfect just next to the Rialto bridge and water taxis\buses.i had booked a double room however on arrival we were given two keys and told we could choose between a double room or apartment,a hotel member of staff then guided us out of reception and up a back alley, through a door and to a `very small & old` lift! (At least it worked) we were then shown the double room which was very small, however we were then back in the lift to the next floor and thats where we were shown the apartment with hall,living\dinning area double bedroom & bathroom!! Needless to say we chose this one! This was at no extra cost and made our holiday a whole lot cheaper as we had full size gas cooker & fridge freezer with the local coop close by!! We loved this apartment and would stay in it again(if we were lucky enough to beoffered it)

The hotel's location was excellent, right in the center of Venice near all the major attractions. the staff was superb, and the service exceeded our expectations. the rooms on the highest floors were lovely, offering a magnificent view of Venice. the food options were good, with a variety of meals to choose from.

Lovely little hotel, great price and great location indeed! We would definitely recommend it and use it again!
The only (minor) negative thing was that the room (lovely one!) was a bit dark, but that's probably a common issue in Venice, since buildings are often very close to each other in very narrow streets.

The Junior Suite was great for our family of four, however it was still rather small. Good breakfast buffet, comfy beds and great location just off Rialto
The room had a rather antiquated appearance and we looked out directly into our neighbour's room and hotel back yard. Definitely no "view"!

The hotel is fairly clean and fantastic. the staff are kind and provide good service. - Great location in a square and just a 10-minute walk from a grand showpiece square.

the only good thing was the location of the hotel. Central
When we arrived our room was on the last floor (total of 84 stairs). We didnt get any help at all with bringing our luggage up to our room from the staff. The room was OK (the bed was made) but the toilett was very dirty. there was "caca" break - marks in the wc which i found pretty disgusting. Also a dirty towel left on the floor. Did they forget to clean the wc or what? You have to leave your key at the reception when you go out from the hotel which is OK but when we got back they asked for our room nr and did not care to do any kind of control to see if it really is our room. We had our flight late on sunday so we wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel. I saw several luggages on the first floor on our way down to the reception and asked if thats where they leave the luggage and if anyone is controlling them... NO NO NO is the answer to those questions. He did however say to his collegue to take the luggage (ours and a couple before us) to a room and lock it and that they would bring it to us when we came back for them. That was a lie. I followed the collegue up to the first floor and he just put a note on the luggage with the room number. I dont find that safe at all. last but not least.... we had only one normal thin sheet to sleep with. Result of this was that we froze during the entire night and both of us got sick. We asked for extra blanket but .... again a NO. I still recommend the hotel for pple who dont care about these things and want to be central but if you are clean and mean than this is not the right place...

Unfortunately, this hotel was not clean. The lighting in the room was horrible. It was dark and dreary. We only stayed for two nights, but it felt longer. I did everything not to go back to the room. In addition, the cleaning service did not freshing up the room with fresh towels or make the bed. When we called the front desk, we were told that we must have still been in the room. The cleaning service at the hotel is outsourced, so it is a hit and miss. In fact my husband and left in the morning, and no one knocked while we were there, so not sure what happend. I would not recommend this hotel. It was more like staying in Hostel.

The Hotel is steps away from the Rialto Bridge as well as the water taxi stop for the Rialto Bridge. My daughter and I each had one very heavy suitcase, and found to our delight, that it is indeed just steps away! The room was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and amazingly quiet being so close to the bridge. No view of the Grand Canal from the room, but who wants to be in their room when they are in Venice???
